Le jeudi 13 juillet, on accueille Damien Guichard du velvet bar de Berlin, pour la première édition de nos Guest Bartending.
Originaire du sud de la France et installé à Berlin depuis 5 ans, Damien Guichard représente la nouvelle génération de bartender français qui brille à l’étranger. Fun, passionné et à l’écoute de ses guests, il nous a semblé parfait pour inaugurer notre série d’épisode.
Il vous fera donc découvrir quelques cocktails de sa composition avec des ingrédients qu’il affectionne particulièrement.

On Thursday july the 13th, we welcome Damien Guichard from the velvet bar in Berlin, for the first edition of our Guest Bartending.
From the south of France and living in Berlin for the past 5 years, Damien represent the new generation of French bartender that excels abroad. Fun, pro and passionate, he really cares about his guest and seemed perfect to inaugurate our series of episodes.
He will prepare a few cocktails of his composition with ingredients he likes: rhum, mezcal, sake and fortified wines.
