Groom’s Guest Bartending – Episode 2: London Scoüt
For this 2nd edition we are really excited to welcome William Hetzel from Scoüt, an upcoming cocktail bar in London.. They won the title for the most creative menu in the capital just a few weeks after opening!
So who’s our guest?
William spent 6 years studying in Strasbourg before he landed his first job at the Madarin Oriental in Paris, earning his stripes as an assistant bartender. From there he competed (very successfully) in worldwide cocktail contests, and flew to London to make a name for himself.
Today he owns a few titles in the national and international cocktail scene and work at Scoüt as the assistant manager.

Pour cette 2e édition on est bien content d’accueillir William Hetzel du Scoüt, un nouveau bar qui s’est déjà fait une solide réputation à Londres. Seulement quelques semaines après leur ouverture, ils ont gagné le titre du menu le plus créatif de la capitale !
Alors qui est William ?
Après 6 années d’études à Strasbourg, il décrocha son premier boulot au sein du Mandarin Oriental à Paris oú il gagna ses galons en tant qu’assistant barman. Puis il commença à participer (avec beaucoup de succès) à des concours de cocktails dans le monde entier, et partit à Londres déterminé à se faire un nom dans la scène locale.
Aujourd’hui il détient plusieurs titres nationnaux et internationnaux, et travaillent à Scoüt comme assistant manager.
